Our Background

On May 28th, 2003 RSOL PC Systems was founded as an OEM PC subdivision of it's parent company RealSavingsOnline.com, and is from where the acronym "RSOL" was taken. RealSavingsOnline.com was a non-profit consumer-based web site that announced daily coupons & specials for popular electronics retailers such as Circuit City, Best Buy, Dell & Gateway.

 

RSOL PC Systems first desktop computer model was the popular fully-transparent chassis Crystal Series Desktop which offered comparable hardware to the high-end models from Gateway & Dell but at a price tag of $1200 less than its competitors. The Crystal Series Desktop was sold exclusively through the www.realsavingsonline.com web site until RSOL PC Systems became RSOL PC Services, and moved to it's own dedicated web domain www.rsolpc.com in June 2004.

 

April 2007 saw the rebirth of RSOL PC. Our web site was redesigned to coincide with the opening of our first customer-accessible service & retail facility in North Lauderdale, Florida. The opening of the new facility lead to significant growth; our client base more than quadrupled by the end of 2007.

RSOL PC Services has been a Registered Partner of Microsoft since 2004. Through this alliance, RSOL PC Services is an authorized Microsoft OEM System Builder, and is approved & authorized to assist small, medium or large businesses in obtaining lines of credit of up to $700,000 through the Microsoft Financing program to fund their IT solutions.

 

In addition to our relationship with Microsoft, we are partnered with manufacturers such as AMD, Intel, nVidia, Symantec, Asus, Lenovo, Acer and Gateway as well as multiple distributors. Our Support Services

 

RSOL PC Services is a registered & certified Service Provider for the OnForce and ComputerAssistant.com service networks. These service networks route work orders on behalf of the three major OEM PC manufacturers in the USA (Dell, Hewlett Packard, and Acer-Panamerica) to local independent computer repair companies and on-site technicians to perform labor tasks such as parts replacement & troubleshooting. RSOL PC has also provided on-site labor services on behalf of CompUSA.

 

Our Brand

 

By leveraging our experiences in the Support Services industry, we maximize our strengths by building high performance & top quality desktop computers for customers that understand true performance & reliability simply cannot be had for less than $300. RSOL PC does not focus on building "budget" computer systems simply because the majority of computers that come into our service facility for repair are those very same budget models from the large manufacturers. While RSOL PC could build and sell a functional desktop computer for as little as $299 we realize that such a system will lack important features that we consider to be essential to a customer's positive computing experience. If cost is the only factor a customer considers when deciding on a PC for their home or business then buying one of the entry-level systems from the largest manufacturers is the logical choice. If on the other hand the customer needs reliability, high-performance, personalized support options and overall peace-of-mind then a desktop from RSOL PC should be seriously considered  -- especially when it means our competitors' mid to high-end systems are going to cost you several hundred dollars more than what we offer.

 

Our Future

 

For 2008 and 2009, RSOL PC plans to develop and expand relationships with Federal and local governments. As of February 2008, we have already achieved the status of a certified & authorized commodities supplier for Broward County, Florida, and we are on the verge of securing our first Federal contract. As a result of our expansion into these high volume markets, Individual Consumers and Small Businesses will benefit from greater product offerings such as ultra low-cost brand-name notebooks, and will continue to receive the personalized level of service they have grown accustomed to; we place great value on all our customers, but Individual Consumers and Small Businesses have been the foundation of our success to date, and shall remain at the core of our business model .
