HOW MUCH WILL THE REPAIR COST? |

| The PS3 bluray drive repair
service is $89.00 and includes free return
shipping by Fedex or UPS Ground to any of the contiguous 48
states and DC. Optional services are available for an
additional cost such as console cleaning and
extended warranties. We collect 6% sales tax
from Florida residents only.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY? |
|

Back in early 2010 when everyone else was offering 30, 60 or 90-day
warranties, we were the first company in the USA to offer a "no bull" 1-year limited warranty on
parts & labor for this PS3 repair procedure. Our warranty covers the specific
repair procedure we perform on your console.
For example if we originally fixed a laser problem with your bluray drive, and then
a few months later you have another problem with the bluray drive, your repair
is covered under our warranty. However, if you later have a problem like the
"yellow light of death" or some other component failure, then that issue will be
treated as a new repair request and not be covered by the original warranty. |

The warranty includes the cost of one-way shipping in the event that you need
to send your console back to us. The full terms and conditions of our Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty Agreement
can be downloaded and viewed at

also offer a three-year extended warranty for less than $60. |

I HAVE A DISC STUCK INSIDE THE BLURAY DRIVE. WILL I GET IT BACK? |

We guarantee any discs found inside your PlayStation3 will be safely removed
and returned. If a disc is stuck inside your PlayStation 3 we ask that you do
not make any attempts to retrieve it yourself because you risk causing
significant and irreversible damage to the unit. Please remember your PS3
console is
worth considerably more than any $60 game disc, so please don't put yourself in a
position where you might have to buy yourself a new one just because you wanted to
get your Black Ops game disc out before you sent it to us. If you're reading
this now after already causing additional damage to the unit, our advertised
flat-rate repair fee above probably no longer applies in your case.

WILL I LOSE ALL MY DATA SAVED ON THE HARD DRIVE? |

You will not lose your data as long as the repair procedure does not relate to
the hard drive. If we ever need to erase your
data or replace your hard drive, we will get your approval before we take any
action.
