RSOL PC Refines operations and shifts its focus on
SONY playstation 3 repair services
On-site computer services are discontinued; National PS3 Repair
leads the way
Lauderhill, FL, April 5, 2010 --
RSOL PC today announced the discontinuation of several tech services
to focus on their rapidly growing PlayStation 3 repair operation.
Since the introduction of the PlayStation 3 repair service, RSOL PC
has seen unprecedented growth in its customer base, so the need to
reallocate resources and re-evaluate under-performing legacy services has
become a top priority.
As part of a reorganization and restructuring plan for the company to
better position itself in the marketplace,
several operational changes are anticipated to be implemented as follows:
1) On-site computer repair services will be discontinued effective
immediately, except for legacy and contracted customers. In-store
computer repair services will continue to be offered.
2) The company's website will be rebranded to "PS3RepairShop.com" by
Q1, 2011. In the interim, the website branding will transition from
"RSOL PC" to "RSOL PC / PS3RepairShop.com"
3) The rsolpc.com e-commerce store will
discontinue most product lines by Q3, 2010, and will focus exclusively
on video game hardware,
software and accessories thereafter.
4) PlayStation 3 repair services will transition from 180-day
standard warranties to 1-year warranties, effective immediately.
5) Operating efficiencies will be refined and optimized so capacity
can reach 1,200 PlayStation 3 units repaired per month, with a
"same-day" turn-around service level goal of 90%. Computer repair
turn-around will be extended to 72 hours. It is anticipated that these
service level goals will be achieved by Q4, 2010.
6) The company's legal structure in the state of Florida will
transition by Q1, 2011.
7) RSOL PC will seek BBB Accreditation by Q1, 2011.
RSOL PC Services has been serving South Florida since 2003 and
focuses on full service, computer sales and solutions for businesses and
home users.
