PC
If you intend to use the Mac OS X Leopard®
operating system (or it's variant commonly known as OSx86) on the
RSOL PC Multi-Platform Desktop Computer models, it is imperative that you
understand the following:
Your Multi-Platform Desktop Computer from RSOL PC is considered to be a
non-Apple labeled computer because it is not manufactured by Apple, Inc. Therefore you will be in violation of Apple's
OS X 10.5 Leopard
Software License Agreement
Section 2 (titled "Permitted License Uses and Restrictions") which specifically
prohibits the installation and use of Mac OS X®
on any non-Apple labeled
computer. In Section 5 (titled "Termination") of the
OS X 10.5 Leopard
Software License Agreement Apple, Inc states if any terms of the
License Agreement are violated,
the End-User must cease all use of the Apple Software and destroy all
copies. NOTE: If the End-User fails to remove the software as stated, the
End-User is entirely responsible for any loss that they might incur as a result
of violating the Apple's Software License Agreement..
Violating the agreement in this manner will also mean the End-User will not be entitled to
obtain any technical support directly from Apple, Inc. Furthermore, Apple, Inc
does not support the hardware components that are installed in RSOL PC
Multi-Platform Desktop models since they are not Apple branded components. Any
hardware technical support will be provided to you by RSOL PC for 365 days
commencing from the original ship date of your Multi-Platform Desktop Computer
from RSOL PC.
You are not authorized by Apple, Inc to obtain any software patches or updates
directly from Apple, Inc. Any attempt to do so may result in system instability,
loss of data or total loss of an installed OS X Leopard®
operating system.
RSOL PC does not guarantee the availability of software patches for your Mac
OS X Leopard®
or OSx86 operating system. NOTE: RSOL PC does provide full software support for
the pre-installed Microsoft Windows Vista® operating system
for 365 days commencing from the original ship date of your Multi-Platform Desktop Computer from RSOL PC.
Due to the complex configuration of the RSOL PC Multi-Platform Desktop
computer, installing or reinstalling the OSx86 operating system should only be
performed by users who have a thorough understanding of the open source
technology necessary that allows a modified version of Mac OS X®
software to
run on our models. RSOL PC provides no software support for your non-Windows operating system.

distribution or illegal use of copyrighted software.
Your RSOL PC branded Multi-Platform Desktop computer is sold to you on
