STEP 2:
PREPARE YOUR PS3 FOR SHIPMENT
After your order has been placed and your payment has been approved you will
instantly receive an email confirmation directly from Google Checkout. Shortly
thereafter you will also receive an email directly from us that will contain a
Service
Request Form and instructions to safely prepare your PS3 for transit
to our Service Facility. If you do not see these emails within 24 hours, please
check your spam / junk mail folder.
Fill out the requested information in the
Service
Request Form
and send it with your PlayStation 3 console and a copy of the order confirmation
email you received from Google Checkout.

Packaging
Requirements. Please send us your PlayStation 3 to us in a
17"x17"x8" (or larger) box with suitable packing
materials. Please be sure to
read and follow our self-ship & packing guidelines.
Please note:
1) The box and materials you select will be used to return your PS3 after the
repair has been completed, so please make sure they can survive a round-trip. 2)
Don't put your valuable and sensitive PS3 console at risk of being destroyed
because you didn't invest the time &
approximately $4.00 on purchasing a suitably sized (17"x17"x8")
shipping carton at your local FEDEX or UPS Store. A suitably sized shipping
carton will ensure sufficient space for the packing materials to be
efficient in protecting your PS3 during transit across the country.
Local
In-Store Drop-off. If you live in the South Florida area,
you are welcome to bring your fully assembled PS3 console in person
to the Service Facility between 10am and 6pm Monday through Friday.
We are located here. All we need is just the console itself, so there's no
need for you to bring any wires or controllers. Please note: we do not provide "While you wait"
service, so plan on leaving your unit with us. If this is your preferred method,
you may skip all remaining steps.
If you were tempted to open up your PlayStation 3 because you
considered fixing it yourself, please make sure it is fully reassembled before
bringing or sending it in otherwise additional charges may apply to your bill!

STEP 3:
REPAIR BEGINS
We
will contact you by email to confirm your console's safe arrival at the
Service Facility and then begin the repair.
Most repairs we perform are completed and shipped back
the same day it is received at our Service Facility. Please note: same-day
service is not possible for units sent in for the "Yellow light of death / red
blinking light on start-up" problem. Repair time for this symptom is typically

to 5 business days due to the extensive labor & testing processes that need to
be performed.
STEP 4:
RETURN SHIPPING
FEDEX will provide you
with a tracking number via email when your console is boxed and ready to ship.
Your PS3 will be shipped back to you in the same box we received it in. Local
customers may pick up their repaired PlayStation 3 in person Monday through
Friday, 10am to 6pm.
