We will perform a 30 minute On-Site
Diagnostic to get to the heart of the matter and root out the problem through
a series of system checks and diagnostics. And once the riddle is
solved, we'll advise you on the best course of action for you to take to
get your PC back into shape.
In the extremely rare instances where your PC cannot be accurately diagnosed
within 30 minutes, you will be given the option for us to perform either
an
Advanced On-Site Diagnostic Service or a FREE Off-Site Diagnostic. See below for details about our Advanced
On-Site Diagnostic Service.
* Standard On-Site Diagnostic service is $39 to all residential addresses in
Broward County. For residential addresses in Palm-Beach or Miami-Dade
counties there will be a $79 charge to perform the Standard On-Site Diagnostic.

Advanced On-Site Diagnostic |
|
Extensive diagnosis (up to 2 hours) to discover the cause of crashes, lockups, unusual
slowness or internet problems. We will provide you a guaranteed solution,
then with your authorization perform the necessary labor which may include system
restoration/reformatting, software repair, virus and spyware removal and
physical cleaning. Parts not included.
Please note that
the Advanced Diagnostic service charge is due in full once the system
has been completely diagnosed and a resolution has been provided to you.
The service charge is not dependent on whether you choose to
authorize the labor for the final repair. In some scenarios it may be
necessary (and more cost effective for you!) for your system to be
brought back to our service center so the repair can be performed.
